This month, 3CX released version 11 of the 3CX Phone System. Version 11 promises to extend mobility to help companies cut down their total telephony costs. The update allows companies several meaningful improvements. It allows users access to the 3CX MyPhone tool from anywhere, let’s them see statuses of bridged PBXs, and take their extension with them on the go by using 3CXPhone for Android and iPhone. This release comes just after the addition of the 3CX Mobile Device Manager that allows device security and management company-wide to the 3CX family of products.

Plus, call centers can use priority queues with the 3CX Call Center Module. It also includes a the option to require a PIN for making outbound calls.
