The snom ONE pbx offers three versions with pricing based upon the number of users and is available for companies running Linux and MacOS servers. Companies with under ten users can benefit from the free version. All versions include standard VOIP System features (conference rooms, auto attendants, hunt groups and queues).
Additional features that users expect from IP PBX include that incoming calls can simultaneously ring any of the systems IP phones or connected cell phones. The system provides a good range of extension features: hot desking, voicemail to e-mail, call screening and call redirection. Call presence and monitoring is also built in to the system. For companies with small office needs, the snom ONE is also equipped with paging features.
snom ONE has built in security. It supports secure web access though HTTPS and the security of phone calls is achieved using TLS and SRTP. Lastly, the system supports operation in environments with multiple IP addresses can be connected to the public telephone network (PSTN) either by standard PSTN gateways or by SIP trunking providers. It supports a range of other products, such as fax, as long as they support the SIP protocol.
