Is Telewebtech a telephone service provider?
No, Telewebtech specializes in installation, customization, and support of the 3CX Phone System, Cloud Services, and web services for businesses including on-line marketing. The 3CX Phone System is great for companies that either require an enterprise class IP PBX to handle multiple users at one location or that have multiple locations that can benefit by being hosted on the same system.
How long does it take to set up?
Depending upon the number of phones and locations, as little as a week with a half day installation.
Why do I need an Internet Service Provider (ISP)?
You don’t! The IP PBX can be set up to use traditional lines, digital lines, or SIP Trunks. SIP Trunks use your ISP connection to send calls across the internet and reduce costs.
When does Telewebtech install a server?
Telewebtech’s Managed Phone Systems are similar to traditional PBX systems, which required large boxes in the basement. Our IP PBX systems require something to run on. But the server does not have to be on location. Telewebtech recommends placing the server on site when the ISP has a history of quality issues. By having it on-site, TWT can even package data before sending it, helping keep your calls clear. Hosted system users will not have a server on-site.
Why does automatic fail-over require additional fees?
Automatic fail-over requires outside resources, in particular an off-site server backing up your system, additional carriers, or ISPs. As your ISP may be the source of the problem, the off-site server will route your calls in times of trouble.
Why does fax to email require additional fees?
Fax to email can require both hardware and additional lines. Each office setup is unique, so the estimate will depend upon the requirements.
What levels of support are offered?
Telewebtech can tailor a support service to the needs of your company. TWT has 1 Standard level of support that covers remote services from 8AM to 8PM with 3 optional additions to meet your company’s needs: 24 hour, Weekends, and On-site.
